When caring for yourself fels like too much

Hi Reader,

One reason people postpone caring for themselves is that the whole thing begins to feel too large.

They want to sleep better, eat differently, have more energy, feel calmer, exercise regularly, and finally address the concern that has been lingering in the background.

When everything needs attention, it can be difficult to begin anywhere.

Ayurveda gives us another way.

Rather than trying to change everything at once, we look at the patterns connecting what you are experiencing. We consider your constitution, what is out of balance, the season, your stage of life, and the realities of your daily life. Then we decide what deserves attention first.

Often, one well-chosen change supports more than one part of the body. More regular meals may steady energy. A different evening rhythm may improve both digestion and sleep. A simple breath or meditation practice may change how you meet the most demanding part of your day.

This is the thining behind my three way we can work together:

  • Meet when you want a free conversation and a clear next step
  • Reset when you want two focused sessions and a practical foundation
  • Evolve when you want individualized, ongoing care

These offerings are not disappearing at midnight tonight. I am not interested in rushing you into care that is not right for you.

But if something in your health or daily life has been asking for your attention, you do not have to wait until you can fix everything. We can begin with what is here now.

Hi Reader, I've been thinking lately about how little life actually follows a plan. Two pears from my garden reminded me of this. They grew on the same tree, about a foot apart, and yet they look remarkably different. Meanwhile, my oldest daughter is back home after four years in Europe, I'm still teaching in the same San Francisco room I've been in for more than 20 years, and I've started adding freshly ground cardamom to my morning coffee. These things may not seem to have much in common,...

There are three ways to begin: MEET — Free A complimentary introductory 15-minute call for anyone who is curious about Ayurveda or wants to know whether working together would be a good fit.
