Three ways to work with me

Hi Reader,

Today I am introducing a new, simpler way to receive Ayurvedic care from me—online or in person.

I wanted the choices to be clear. You should be able to recognize where you are, what kind of help you want, and what level of support makes sense for you now.

There are three ways to begin:

MEET — Free

A complimentary introductory 15-minute call for anyone who is curious about Ayurveda or wants to know whether working together would be a good fit.

You can share your main concern or goal, ask questions, and receive guidance about the most appropriate next step. There is no obligation to continue.

Schedule a free Meet call

RESET — $165 total

Two 50-minute sessions focused on the foundations: food, digestion, energy, and sleep.

Reset is for the person who wants individualized guidance and practical changes without entering a long-term program. Together, we identify what may be contributing to the imbalance and create a plan that is specific enough to be useful—and realistic enough to follow.

You can always schedule additional sessions if you would like more support. However, these two 50-minute sessions are designed to give you a clear, personalized plan that you can begin using on your own.

EVOLVE — Ongoing care

Evolve is for anyone who wants sustained support and refinement over time or has more complex concerns.

It includes two 50-minute sessions each month, a personalized wellness plan, a one-time $100 credit toward recommended herbal medicines and therapeutic products, and ongoing attention to food, sleep, daily routines, yoga, breathwork, meditation, and seasonal changes—as appropriate for you.

Evolve is $350 month-to-month or $3,840 paid annually, which saves $360. Your HSA can be used.

Begin Evolve

A note about HSA payments: Depending on your circumstances and the services received, you may be able to use HSA funds for eligible expenses. Please check with your HSA administrator to confirm eligibility.

Ayurveda is highly individualized, but beginning should not feel confusing. My hope is that these three choices make the first step easier.

If you are unsure which option fits, begin with Meet. We can talk for 15 minutes and decide together.

A little shop in Kerala, India

Hi Reader, I’ve just returned from several weeks in France and India. Travel gives us so much: unfamiliar places, local food, different ways of moving through the day, and the chance to see our own lives from a little farther away. It also takes us away from the routines that quietly hold us together. Sleep changes. Meals happen at different times, sometimes when we aren’t hungry. Digestion becomes less predictable. There’s more stimulation and often less privacy. Even a wonderful trip can...

Kerala, India- The Backwaters

Hi Reader, One of the things I’ve loved about being in Kerala is how much there is to notice when you slow down. Kerala Backwaters. Sometimes the reflection show us what we might otherwise have missed. Recently, I spent a morning traveling through the backwaters, surrounded by coconut palms, lotus flowers, small boats, homes, birds, and, of course, water. At one point I looked across the water and realized I was seeing two landscapes at once. There was the world above—the palms, the boats,...
