An afternoon of touch, tea, and Ayurvedic oil massage 🌿

Hi Reader,

We give so much of ourselves—through care, listening, showing up, and holding space. This Mother’s Day, I invite you to receive that same level of care.

🌸 Nourish: A Mother’s Day Partner Yoga + Self-Care Workshop

Saturday, May 10th in San Francisco

Everyone welcome—come solo or with a loved one

This is more than a yoga class. It's a space to slow down, connect, and replenish.

Come with your mom, your child, your best friend—or come solo and be paired with someone there. We’ll move gently together, rest deeply, and enjoy simple Ayurvedic self-care.

✨ What’s included:

  • Partner yoga (playful + accessible to all levels)

  • Restorative poses for deep nervous system rest

  • A guided self-abhyanga oil massage with warm oil

  • Nourishing Ayurvedic tea + light snacks

  • A take-home jar of my handmade Ayurvedic oil

Bring a mat (or use one at the studio), wear comfortable clothes, and come as you are.

Let this be a moment to care for the part of you that’s been giving so much.

Warmly,
Marisa

P.S. If someone special comes to mind, feel free to forward this email. Everyone is welcome.

He turns 89 in a few days. Born in 1936, he’s...
