Yoga Nidra: The Most Restful Hour of Your Week

Hi Reader,

In my Ayurvedic practice, I talk a lot about lifestyle practices & daily rhythms, diet, and inner alignment—and one of the most powerful healing tools we have: deep rest.

That’s why I’m so excited to continue teaching Yoga Nidra every Monday evening, both in person in San Francisco and online via livestream.

✨ Yoga Nidra is yogic sleep—a practice of lying down, letting go, and gently entering a dreamlike state where true healing happens.
From this receptive place, we’ll plant a personal intention (sankalpa) that speaks to your vision, your healing, or your next step.

Yoga Nidra has been shown in evidence-based studies to support:

  • Better sleep + reduced insomnia
  • Nervous system repair
  • Menstrual and hormonal balance
  • PTSD, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm
  • Mental clarity + focus

I'll be guiding you the entire way, and no experience is needed. Just come as you are.
