AN INTRODUCTION TO AYURVEDA

In this one-hour session, I’ll introduce the foundational principles of Ayurveda, including the five elements—earth, water, fire, air, and ether—and the three doshas: Vāta, Pitta, and Kapha. You’ll learn how understanding your elemental makeup can help you make more aligned choices in food, routines, and daily life.

This talk is interactive—bring your questions!

📬 Everyone who RSVPs will receive a free dosha assessment by mail to complete before the event.
