This Friday Night in San Francisco

Hi Reader,

Looking for something meaningful to do this Friday?
Drop by for an hour of Ayurvedic insight and community.

I'm offering a free, community-centered talk:

AN INTRODUCTION TO AYURVEDA

🗓️ Friday, July 11
6:15–7:15 PM
📍 Folk SF – 286 Divisadero Street, San Francisco

In this one-hour session, I’ll introduce the foundational principles of Ayurveda, including the five elements—earth, water, fire, air, and ether—and the three doshas: Vāta, Pitta, and Kapha. You’ll learn how understanding your elemental makeup can help you make more aligned choices in food, routines, and daily life.

This talk is interactive—bring your questions!
🥣 Light Ayurvedic refreshments will be served.
📬 Everyone who RSVPs will receive a free dosha assessment by mail to complete before the event.

Whether you’re brand new to Ayurveda or just want a little spark of inspiration, this is a relaxed and welcoming space to reconnect with yourself and the elements that shape your health and well-being.

Hi Reader, I’m always looking for ways to help the folks who come to see me for Ayurveda consultations, attend my yoga classes either online or live in San Francisco (prenatal), or follow along here on my mailing list to slow down, reconnect, and nourish their whole selves. My love for Yoga and Ayurveda began when I was a young adult, and these timeless practices have served me deeply through all stages of life. I want to help you experience that same support and steadiness. That’s why I’m so...
